I was extremely disappointed with the lack of communication from the instillation side of the experience. Being that the home was not a currently used residence I explain several times that I needed a well in advanced instillation time frame to ensure the person could get the key from the lock box. The morning of the 1st scheduled install, I received the installers initial phone call at 7:15am. When I returned the phone call at 7:45am but I got no answer. I left a voice mail and texted back and got no response. Yet the day before I called instructed the office that I no one would be there till 11:30am to unlock the door. Then no one called me back to set up another install time. When I called back to set up another time, the office person was extremely unprofessional on the phone. Even though I once again requested a day before phone call, I got another same day, early phone call but thankfully answered it. I texted the code, but have not received ANY notification if the installation was completed. Absolutely terrible communication.

I appreciate that the staff deliver my salt 'down in the dungeon' of our crawl space on an automatic schedule. Communication is great regarding the upcoming delivery and deliveries are on time and unremarkable - it's almost like magic, it's so easy.

We had reverse osmosis hooked up on Friday. On Tuesday, we still weren't getting any water. The serviceman came over and fixed it, but left all the tubes hanging down under the sink, so my hubby had to lay on the floor to secure them so they'd not get caught on things when we have to pull stuff out of the cabinet. He shouldn't have to be doing that when we are paying for installation and maintenance. In addition, he left something loose and there was a leak, which my husband fixed. He should be getting paid for the installation!
