The interview process can vary depending on the role you’ve applied for. If you're selected, you’ll be contacted via email with details about the next steps. During the interview, we’ll take the time to get to know you, explore your experiences, and discuss why you’d be a great fit for Culligan. It’s your time as much as it is ours, so come with any questions you may have! We’ll also be happy to share the benefits of working at Culligan and give you a clear picture of what it’s like to be part of our team.

Step 3
Offer

Congratulations! If the interview team chooses to extend an offer to you, we’ll reach out via email or phone call. If you have any specific questions to help you make your decision, feel free to ask—we’re happy to provide clarity.

If you accept our offer, we’ll work together to determine your start date and get you onboarded. Our Talent Acquisition department will reach out and get you set up with applicable prescreens.
